Hi! I'm Nica.

With over a decade in the beauty industry, I bring together my work as a certified makeup artist and my background in beauty retail training to create experiences that go beyond the surface.

My journey hasn’t been linear. I’ve been a banker, digital marketer, event planner, and hotelier before fully stepping into my calling. It took seven years and four different paths to find where I truly belong. What once felt like chaos became clarity. What felt manic became manica - refined and  intentional.

My mission is simple: Beauty that Shines. To use beauty as a tool for transformation. 

Today, I train brand ambassadors to show up with confidence and professionalism, and work with women to enhance their natural beauty. I also lead Team Manica, a collective of seasoned hair and makeup artists experienced in bridal, editorial, retail, fashion, and live productions.
